Choose how you want to start

Blood Orange brings multiple Orange Zest results into one report. It shows where your team is aligned, where it isn’t, and which gaps are most likely to be slowing decisions and delivery.

You still get the same six areas. The difference is you can see the spread, the disagreements, and the patterns you cannot spot from one response.

Pay online and start setup

Use the 60% launch offer. You will pay securely through Stripe, then continue straight to the Blood Orange setup form.

Request invoice or setup access

Use this if your organisation needs an invoice, purchase approval, or manual setup access before payment.

Talk it through first

Use this if you want to check fit, discuss the participant group, or explore how Blood Orange could work with a client.

What happens after payment?

After payment, you continue straight to the Blood Orange setup form.

You’ll be asked to add the organisation context, paste the work email addresses of the people you want to invite, choose the response window, and decide whether participants receive their own Orange Zest reports.

Once submitted, the invitations are prepared and sent. You ‘ll receive confirmation when the invite links have gone out.

Customer work often stalls because the team looks aligned before anyone checks.

Most organisations do not lack intent around customers.

The harder problem is that ownership is unclear, insight does not always travel, priorities compete, decisions slow down, and teams quietly work from different versions of reality.

That creates drag.

The same customer issues come back. Good ideas lose momentum. Leaders approve work without knowing where the internal friction really sits. Consultants, advisers and internal teams spend time trying to find the right starting point before useful work can begin.

Blood Orange gives you that starting point.

What Blood Orange helps you see

Not just gaps. The work that should happen next.

Blood Orange helps show where your team already has useful strength, where people broadly agree, where views split, and where action is most likely to get stuck.

The report looks across the internal system behind customer experience: leadership, customer insight, ownership, structure, culture, measurement, improvement rhythm and how early customers are considered in change.

Alignment to build from

Where the team already sees the customer work in a similar way, and where useful strength already exists.

Differences to name

Where people are working from different versions of reality, even when everyone appears to be aiming at the same customer outcome.

Friction to remove

Where unclear ownership, weak insight flow, competing priorities or poor follow-through may be slowing progress.

Priorities to act on

Where attention is most likely to create movement, protect credibility and stop customer work spreading in too many directions at once.

The point isn’t to produce a score for the sake of it. It’s to help understand what should happen next.

How it works

A simple team read, without a workshop.

The sponsor sets up Blood Orange and nominates the people who should take part.

Each participant completes Orange Zest, the individual diagnostic.

Blood Orange then combines those responses into one team report showing alignment, disagreement, friction and priority areas.

You receive one team-level report designed to support better decisions, better conversations and clearer next steps.

Set up the run

Add participant email addresses, choose the response window, and decide whether participants should also receive their own Orange Zest reports.

Invite the team

Participants receive their invite and complete Orange Zest.

Get the team view

Once the response window closes, the completed responses are used to prepare your Blood Orange report. Each founder launch report is reviewed before delivery.

Pricing that's refreshing

Start with 3 participants, then add as many people as you need.

For a limited launch period, Blood Orange is available at 60% off the standard price.

Standard pricing is NZ$900 for the first 3 participants, then NZ$300 per additional participant.

With our launch offer, that becomes NZ$360 for the first 3 participants, then NZ$120 per additional participant.

If your organisation needs an invoice, purchase approval, or a larger or more complex run, request setup access and we’ll confirm the right path directly.

Who should take part

Invite the people who see the work from different seats.

Blood Orange works best when the group includes people who influence customer decisions, customer insight, delivery priorities or follow-through.

That may include leaders, CX people, customer-facing teams, operations, service, product, sales, marketing, customer success, delivery, transformation or anyone involved in shaping the customer experience.

You don’t need everyone.

You need the right mix of people to show whether the organisation is seeing the same reality, or whether important differences are sitting below the surface.

What the report helps you do next

A clearer starting point for better action.

Blood Orange gives leaders a clearer view of where to focus before committing more time, budget or credibility.

It can help you decide what needs attention first, what should be protected, what needs a deeper conversation, and where work is likely to stall unless ownership, insight flow or follow-through improves.

For consultants, Blood Orange creates a cleaner starting point before advisory, discovery, workshops, operating model work, service design, VoC improvement, CX planning, CX improvement or customer success work.

It doesn’t replace the work that follows, it helps make that work sharper, faster and better aimed.

Participant areassurance

People need to feel safe enough to answer honestly.

Blood Orange is designed to show team patterns, not expose individuals.

Participants complete Orange Zest so their perspective can contribute to the team picture. The report focuses on alignment, disagreement, friction and priority areas across the group.

The purpose isn’t to find blame. It’s to help the organisation see what is helping customer work move, what is slowing it down, and where better action should start.

Questions people usually ask

Is Blood Orange only for CX teams?

No. It is for any team that needs to understand where customer work is getting stuck inside the organisation. That may be a CX team, leadership team, service team, operations group, customer success team, project group or cross-functional group.

Yes. Blood Orange is built from multiple Orange Zest responses. Each participant completes Orange Zest individually. Blood Orange then shows the team-level pattern.

Blood Orange starts from 3 participants. The right number depends on the team and the decision you are trying to support. A small leadership or operating group can be useful when those people see different parts of the customer system. A broader cross-functional group can reveal where views split across roles, teams or functions.

Yes. Blood Orange starts with the first 3 participants, then additional participants are added depending on the group you want to understand. For larger or more complex groups, request setup access and we’ll confirm the right setup before launch.

The sponsor provides the participant list and the basic setup details needed to run Blood Orange. If you are unsure who should take part, talk it through first.

No. The report is designed around team-level patterns. The value comes from seeing alignment, disagreement and friction across the group, not from singling people out.

The sponsor chooses this during setup. You can decide whether participants receive their own individual Orange Zest reports as well as contributing to the Blood Orange team report.

The report is prepared using the completed responses received by the time the response window closes.

Once the response window closes, your Blood Orange report is usually prepared within one working day using the completed responses received by that point.

No. Blood Orange is a report-led diagnostic. It can be used before a workshop, planning session, consultant engagement, leadership discussion or internal improvement work.

Yes. Blood Orange can give consultants a clearer starting point before advisory, discovery, workshops, operating model work, service design, VoC improvement, CX improvement or customer success work. If you want to use it with clients, talk it through first.

Yes. Use the request invoice or setup access route.
